INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via US Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Regional surcharges for international shipments which are added to the above listed domestic rates are: Canada $17.00; Europe, Japan and Australia $25.00. *** If you order one t-shirt or other lightweight item that can be shipped in an 8.5 x 11.5 envelope we will ship your order at the USPS flat rate. The flat rate to Canada is $13.95 and the flat rate to all other countries is $17.95. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping will be adjusted after you place your order and before we process your order. Your credit card or PayPal payment will be billed at the discounted rate and you will receive email notification. The flat rate is only available for the following items and quantities listed: 1 t-shirt; 2 to 4 dog t-shirts; 2 dog sweaters; 2 keychains or hairties; 2 to 4 pairs of socks; 1 pair of boxer shorts; 1 to 2 boxes of notecards; 2 books or magazines; pens; dog tags, jewelry, 1 set of pillowcases, 1 set of dishtowels. Quantities larger than these will ship at the listed priority rate. All other items ship at the listed priority rate.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item please do so within thirty (30) days of purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition. Refunds of the purchase price will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns made after thirty (30) days will receive a store credit.
