* Due to their weight or size, the following items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post in order to ship at a more economical rate: stoneware dog bowls, tapestry pillows, doormats . If you purchase any of these listed items along with other merchandise the entire order will ship via Parcel Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via US Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Regional surcharges for international shipments which are added to the above listed domestic rates are: Canada $13.00; Europe and Japan $23.00; Australia $25.00. *** If you order one t-shirt or other lightweight item that can be shipped in an 8.5 x 11.5 envelope we can ship your order at the USPS flat rate. The flat rate to Canada is $12.50 and the flat rate to all other countries is $14.50. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us PRIOR to ordering to receive the flat shipping rate so that we can adjust the shipping. We are unable to change the shipping rate once you've completed checkout. The flat rate is only available for the following items and quantities listed: 1 t-shirt; 2 to 4 dog t-shirts; 2 keychains; 2 pairs of socks; 1 pair of boxer shorts; 1 box of notecards; pens. Quantities larger than these will ship at the listed priority rate. All other items ship at the listed priority rate.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item please do so within thirty (30) days of purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition. Refunds of the purchase price will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns made after thirty (30) days will receive a store credit.
