Size 10: Back length 9-11 inches, Girth 14-20 inches
Size 12: Back length 11-13 inches, Girth 16-22 inches

Size 16: Back length 15-16 inches, Girth 20-26 inches  

How to Measure

Back length: Measure the length of your dachshund from the base of the neck to the beginning of the tail
